The units are functional, nice modern with aircon, private bathroom plus a modern TV. The location is unbeatable, not far from the ferry terminal and bus station and main tourist areas.

Great location - very close to the city center and all the action within the gates. The modern boutique decor of the apartment was exceptional, with exposed stone walls contrasting with painted grey ones. The overall design and quality of fixtures and fittings were impressive. The room was immaculately clean and had a bowl of fresh fruit that was replenished during my stay.

The owner could improve in terms of hospitality, as she wasn't very friendly and was constantly at our terrace. It felt like she was invading our space.

The location is ideal, with all the amenities within a few minutes' walk. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, stable wifi, and a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the beautiful shared terrace. The attention to detail and small touches made us feel right at home.

Parking was a challenge.

The location was perfect for us, close to both the Port of Split and Split Marina. We had a blast exploring both places and even tried our hand at some water sports. The internet connection was great too, so we could share all our epic moments on social media!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome if the hotel had organized some fun events or had a bar or club nearby where we could dance the night away.

The bed at Guest House Laura was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during the hot days in Split. Additionally, the central location allowed for easy access to all the main attractions in the city.

There were small slits through the door that allowed people to see into the room from the shared terrace. This let in a lot of light in the morning, which could be bothersome for those who prefer sleeping in the dark.

Nina, who lives onsite, was extremely helpful and delightful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing assistance and answering any questions we had. The strong wifi and well-functioning AC were also added bonuses.
